I am at high risk of breakage in both hips. I exercise daily, and eat properly and do everything that is recommended to protect myself, including taking the Ultimate Bone support.

Using it for a few months. Hard to tell if its doing any good unless I got a bone density test before I took it and then again a few months later. Debating about continuing it as I'm not sure it is doing any good other than the fact that A.B. has good products. Using the cholestral one that has help lowering mine.

I have used this supplement for several years to help prevent bone loss and keep my bones strong! I am 60 years old and my Dr. is amazed at my strong bones. The only thing is that is calls for 2 pills a day but I only take 1 pill because it is expensive.

I take this in the early AM. I won't know the extent to which it has been working until I have my decades scan in august but will continue to take it as it has some very good ingredients in it. Take calcium at another time(s) of the day. Thanks, Pat Casebolt
