I have been taking Ultimate Bone Support since 2009 and am fairly pleased with it. I do find that it keeps me awake for hours sometimes when I take it right before I go to bed or if I take it real early in the morning and go back to bed before finally getting up. I have recommended the product to a sister who takes it, as well as a friend in church.

Latest bone scan very similar to the one 4 years ago. I guess no progress is better than slipping backward.

I take it but I have not had a bone scan to show it is working, so not sure how to rate it. Dr. Nan Fuchs said you can take both daily pills at night so the Hops helps you sleep. I do that.

I have been taking Ultimate Bone Support for several years and I feel it has helped alleviate my aches and pain, especially in my back and feet. The ingredients are exactly what our bones need to rebuild the interior bone density, and not just the exterior strength of the bone. Very happy with this product!

I have been taking bone support for at least 5 years. I believed I would see improvement in my T score but it was worse. From 2.8 to 3.1. I follow the directions on the bottle. Not sure if I’m doing something wrong.

I haven't used my 2 ordered bottle much because I can't stand the flavor when trying to swallow them. I am a vegetarian, and I feel like the pill tastes like a meat product. I have to resort to a different supplement.
