I have been taking the Ultimate Bone Support for almost 2 years. Expecting to have a bone density test with this year’s physical. Hopeful as the outcome.

I am on my 2nd bottle and have not experienced any changes. I have difficulty swallowing tablets; prefer capsules or powder.

I've been taking it about a week and find it sometimes difficult to remember to take it on an empty stomach; so have been taking it before breakfast and sometimes before lunch or dinner I have forgot quite a few times. I do notice the supplement has a very unpleasant odor; and I shall continue to take it and intent do be more disciplined about taking it twice a day. When I get a bone density text, I hope it will show that my bone strength has improved. I already recommended it to a friend of mine, and she is taking it.

I can't take it on an empty stomach. Makes me very nauseous. Also same thing if I take it before bed. Try to take 1 pill on afternoon with tea.

I don't know how or what it is doing for me. I am taking it rather than prescription that doctor wanted me to take

I have been taking too many health care products and have just cut out several but I'm keeping Bone Support because it may do some good as I am 90 years old. F. William Meservey

I haven’t been using this calcium long enough to know if it has helped or not. I can’t recommend this because I don’t know how it is working for me.

I do not know if this product is helping me or not. I still have some pain in my bones I am trying to rebuilt my bones if that is at all possible The pain does NOT last all day long only temporary but it is not good I will try it for another 6 months to see what happens

I cannot rate this product as to its' effectiveness until I get a bone scan. Until then, I have no idea if it is helping.

I don’t feel a difference. I haven’t taken it for a full month yet. I would think it would take some time however I don’t know that I will continue once this bottle is gone.
