It has helped my fingernails they quit splitting and ripping. They are much stronger. can't tell much else yet. It's only a month since I started them. Hair and skin can,t tell yet.

I cannot make a review because I cannot swallow the large pills. I even tried by breaking them in half and they're still too thick. Maybe you can make smaller slimmer pills and I could take two instead of 1 large.

I have been taking the bone support for a few weeks now. There have been days when I forgot to take it so I really cannot say that I have noticed a difference. I hope it is doing something to build my bones but I guess time will tell!

Raised my calcium level too high *

A good friend recommended this product to me because she has osteopenia like I do. I had recently fractured a foot in 3 places and it wasnÆt healing well. I started the supplement in January. Unfortunately, my last blood test showed that my calcium level had risen too high, and my doctor told me to quit taking them. I really donÆt feel that I took the supplement to long enough to judge their effectiveness. Sorry.

Since it is recommended that we take this pill in between meals seems to make my stomach a little upset. I'm still taking it but only taking one a day??? I guess only time will tell. Therefore, I have rated it in the middle of the star chart. It was recommended to me by a friend who truly believes in it and it has helped her according to her doctor. I would not, at this time, recommend it to a friend. Betty Rose

After taking Ultimate Bone Support for over 4 years my bone density tests have not improved but I was only taking one a day so am trying to take two a day.

I have seen no improvement in my Dexa (bone) scans . I am maintianing in one area slightly and losing in another. It is expensive! Although, I appreciate the July discount gift.

Well I haven't broken any bones since starting to take this product but there again I haven't fallen either so I find it difficult to assess how well it is working. So I gave it 3 stars because essentially I don't know how well it is working.
