This is probably the first review I have ever left on a nutritional. My problem for leaving a review is that I take so much vitamins, herbs, adaptins, who can tell what is doing what or there is a synergistic effect (which is what I am looking for). But first my story. I played college tennis for my team. I also played on the tournament circut in the 80's in central California. I saw many a fine player have to quit because of what tennis does to the joints. I laid off tennis for the last 30 years due to family responsibillties.. I took it up again in the last 2 years to get back in shape. In doing so, I hurt my shoulder so badly that I couldn't serve. I am a veteran of this, put DMSO, ice , heat packs, you name it nothing worked. Some people think I am going to be exagerating here, but tennis is one of the few things, if not the only thing to motivate me to workout. Again, I saw what this did to many a fine player. The I saw the advertisement on this product. This is an expensive product, sorry but it is true. But considering that I was thinking of see a physical therapist, x-rays, possible surgery, it didn't seem that bad. Also, that it was formulated by a weightlifter for similar joint problems, gave me a ray of hope. I bought a 3 month supply. I take one pill twice daily, one in the morning and one at night. I couldn't lift a pitcher of water prior to taking this without experiencing some pain in my right shoulder. I am 1 month in to taking it. The pain is pretty much gone. I will have some occasional stiffness, but no pain. I have served one bucket of balls at 25% with no complication. I am taking going back to serving because I am terrified of reinjury. So that is my story, I can tell you it's not the DMSO because I haven't put any on the shoulder in weeks. That use to be my go to treatment. I have not added anything else to my protocol for my shoulder. I am hitting groundstrokes without any pain except on an occasional one hand backhand that I have used bad form. I will leave it to you to decide if you want to use the product. I am 67 years old and I was looking at tennis to be a mainstay as I approach retirement, so you can probably see what a big deal it is to me. Good luck.
