I do have problems sleeping…i wake up after one, or two hours, and wake up still tired in the morning. I tried the Pure Sleep formula for a month, was hoping for an improvement…I didn’t see any changes…Sorry…

I purchased this hoping for results and it just didn’t work for me. My body doesn’t respond well to melatonin and i forgot that when i looked at it to purchase. If it didn’t have melatonin it might do wonders for me.

Stopped taking Pure Sleep *

I think the product helped some, but I stopped taking it as I have difficulty swallowing pills. When I take medicine in the morning, I use yogurt to get the pills down. I do not want to do that at night.
