Not working as well as hoped *

I have had trouble sleeping for quite awhile. With high hopes, I tried this product. It eventually works after a month or so Even then it was only marginally better.

This supplement is helpful for sleeping but only for a few hours. I have not found anything for a longer time. This is the best thing for me.

Unfortunately, I have not noticed a great improvement in my sleeping experience. I am hopeful that after an extended period of use, there will be greater improvement. One night it seems to make me drowsy & fall to sleep faster & better ... the the next night or two ... nothing. A little disappointing if I'm honest.

Before using Pure Sleep,my sleep was poor, according to my Fit Bit..Since using Pure Sleep, it's gone from poor to fair. Hopefully it will get even better.

I am still not getting the result I want *

I am down to the last 2 capsules on my first bottle. Although I fall asleep 30 minutes after taking them, I wake up again after @3 hrs and have a hard time falling back to sleep. I am hoping it will get better with the 2nd bottle.

One capsule leaves me very groggy if I don't sleep about 12 hours after taking it. So I only take it when I can sleep that long. It would work much better for me if they were 1/2 as strong and just more of them. 1/2 as strong I would take this every night.
