Love this product! I usually wake up 4 or 5 times a night in the middle of the night. Now I finally get a good night's sleep. My wife likes it too. It doesn't leave you groggy the next morning like those sleep aids you find in the drugstore.

This supplement has made a huge difference in my sleep. For years, I had trouble staying asleep. I would wake up in the very early morning hours and be awake for hours. With Pure Sleep, either I sleep all night or if I do wake it, I am only awake for a few minutes before falling back to sleep. It is wonderful.
