I love the pure sleep pills. They kick in about 30 mins after taking them. And I stay asleep all night. Highly recommend.

If you are over 40, Peri-menopausal, stressed, wake up at 2 or 3 am and tossing and turning like me then this is the magic for you. I tried some other things to help but nothing was working. I was impressed by the ingredients so I bought 3 bottles. I noticed an immediate difference which is odd for natural supplements usually need a build up period. I am starting 2nd bottle and enjoying 6 to 8 hours of uninterrupted sleep and the few night I did wake it was so easy to go back to sleep. Thank you! Please do not change or "improve" this formula.

I tried this product over taking melatonin and found that it has been much better. I often wake up during night to go to bathroom and find that I fall back to sleep much quicker since taking Pure Sleep. With the melatonin I often, very often, would just not go back to sleep.
