I recall the sharp, steel-trap memory I had as a child and young man. As the years rolled on, I seemed to gradually lose that ability. I am now 71. Over that past few years I would engage in the usually joking (but with a question of maybe it is true) about how I have early onset Alzheimer's. I seem to forget things, words, people's names that ought never be forgotten. They come back, then go, come back, etc. I read about Advanced Memory Formula and decided to give it a go. I am just finishing up my first bottle. I cannot notice any significant improvement. But I think it takes time for the ingredients to bring about the change. I will give it a few more months and then make a decision if this stuff helps and whether or not it is for me. At this point, I would not discourage anyone from trying it. You have nothing to lose and maybe many memories to gain.
