I have taken this one for 4 years. Because of my aging I have had bad memory loss. This one has not totally healed my problems but it has helped quite a bit especially to keep track of the past in my life. I still have trouble keeping names and faces and places and things. All the names are still familiar but the actual people and things but they don't always come together.

Its only been 2 months haven't really noticed a change but I'm staying hopeful. This is the fourth product I've tried in the past year and a half. Hoping to get some results by the enf of the 3rd month, or I'll be off to the next latest greatest product.
