I have been taking 2 pills daily, as noted, and I admittedly have missed a couple of days here & there. I am not really feeling in great improvement in my memory. To be fair, I am 71, caring for my 92 year old mother who requires almost constant care and raising my 9 year old grandson, so my life is hectic and stressful. I am an optimist, so I will continue to use the product as directed and hope for the best. I will reserve rating the product until I feel it is or isn't working for me. Thank you.
