I have taken this supplement for almost a month and I have not experienced any improvement in my memory or mental capabilities. I also struggle with focus and concentration. I am not a reader and wished I could be but because of my lack of concentration and the fact that I cannot retain but maybe 10% of what I read, within 15 minutes, I don't read. Maybe I need to take this supplement for a longer period of time, I don't know

I’m so sorry but I didn’t feel any difference as I hoped I would. I’m 67 and dementia is in my family. I try to stay active with work and eat very healthfully! However I am noticing I can’t remember names etc like I use to. Focus is not great and I want to live a full good life with memory! Certainly willing to try again. Thank you!
