I'm going to be 72 years old in a couple of months and, have gotten to the age where it is unfortunately expected in our society that people start having problems with their memory. For me it has been not being able to remember certain words that I shouldn't have a problem with because most of the time they are not complicated words and words that I have used many times in the past without thinking about them before saying them in a conversation. Since I am a Therapist, this can be particularly embarrassing during a session when I'm trying to make important points. I started using Advanced Memory Formula a number of months ago and didn't take it every day at first (probably because of my denial) and every time I did use it my memory improved significantly. Crossword puzzles are much easier to do; I am steadier going down steps and hardly ever look for my glasses or keys these days. I even remember some of peoples' names more often when introduced.
