I got this supplement because I have a high stress job. I just got 40 years old in January and I wanted to help my mind keep up with the dozens of tasks I have to keep track of each day at work. So I decided to try Advanced Memory Formula to help my mind with that. It definitely is helping my memory, but it’s also helped my health tremendously. I have a lot of health conditions that make me tired and make my body painful and a few days after starting this I woke up with much much less pain than usual. I’m not sure what is in this that’s addressing my pain but it is working!!
