I have taken 2 tablets each day for 3 weeks, creating a daily habit routine. I am remembering words now that I have been having trouble with in the past. I can take 1 tablet per day. I tried 2 tablets but I got headaches. So I just take 1 and it works for me. I may try 2 again in the future.

Of course, I wondered if the improvement in my cognition and memory was psychological. Then, I left on a 5 day mini vacation and forgot my Advanced Memory Formula. By the time I returned home, I knew that it was the AMF that was helping. I hope it can help others as well.

After 3 days things were getting a little clearer; hope it continues to improve. My mom has been on your memory formula for 2 months. I was very sceptical as nothing has slowed the downward trend in memory loss. I researched the ingredients and was hopeful based on what I read.
