I had been using Advanced Memory Formula and other Advanced Bionutritionals , I have noticed good things. My mental sharpness has improved. And attention to detail is improved and I am thinking clearer. I am wanting to continue and review my longer Memory performance as I am sure I will see the benefit.

Ive been taking this for about 6 months and haven't noticed any differences. I am sure this is a very high quality supplement with good theory behind the formulation. I will keep taking it to include the supplements in my regimen
