some nights I only get up to urinate once with this product and other nights I get up three times. It hits and misses. It might work better for you than for me.

I've taken almost all the APF I received. so far I've noticed no improvement in my nocturnal trips to the bathroom. Still have the problem of weak stream and incomplete emptying of the badder. I will get more as this 67 year old body may take a bit longer to respond, but I would have liked to see some improvement over the passed weeks. At this point I couldn't recommend.
