When I first started taking it, I thought there was some improvement, but after taking it for 5 months, I do not see any improvement. I still have to get up at least 4 times a night to urinate.

causes diarrhea *

i started using the product and experienced bad diarrhea. I wasn't sure the product was the cause so I stopped the product and cleared up the diarrhea, then restarted the product and the diarrhea was worse then the first time. I have discontinued the product completely and will probably not use the product.

This product does not work as well for me as another product I was taking. I tried this hoping it would do better, but it's worse for me. I went from getting up two times at night to go to the bathroom to four times with APF. I can't function with that.
