I take this supplement in the morning and night and can tell a diffence in my flow . I was impressed to find that one of the ingredients was DIM which has shown in studies to improve the health of the prostate .

I used this Advanced Prostate Formula supplement for several months and liked what it did. Then I tried something else that I thought might be better for about two months. That was a terrible mistake. I couldn't wait to get back on the Advanced Prostate Formula supplement. I have tried over 5 kinds of Prostate formulas from other companies. None work as good as Advanced Prostate Formula supplement. I am going to stick with this one. I get up only about one time a night after about 4 hours in bed. I don't have any problems using the restroom and it also helps greatly in the bedroom. I highly recommend it.

I'm 59 years old and ever since I was 32 I have been bothered with prostate problems burning/stinging in the bladder area and felt like I had a walnut up me.
