I usually don't take a multi-vitamin, but I thought I'd try Healthy Resolve since it sounded different from others, and it is. The ingredients, which include herbal and vegetable nutrients as well as the vitamins and minerals give me an everyday formula that really supports my health and immune system. I haven't been sick all season and believe this product has been a factor in my good health.
