Wanted to start taking vitamins/supplement again but didn't know what to choose. Wasn't happy with nutrition stores and my gym charges too much. I was given a discount to try Advanced Bionutritionals so why not. I don't take the recommended 4 pills a day yet but have enjoyed improvement and results I was looking and hoping for. I really do like this supplement and have purchased it for my daughter and am purchasing now buying it for my brother. The multiple I was taking always upset my stomach for a couple of hours after taking it, this one does not. I've only taken it for a while and already know it will replace my former multi.

I received this item with a coupon so it wasn't too expensive for me on a fixed income.Ive been quite healthy most of my 70+years and attribute it to not take supplements! In this case however,there are a plethora of ingredients in this product so how could it not help.I believe I'm getting a benefit even though I don't take the prescribed amount.(I take two a day hours apart). I wish I could afford to purchase this product at regular price I'd certainly continue taking it. It's been thought out and the result are satisfactory as much as I can tell. Give it a go..look what's in there!
