Have been taking Bionutritionals' D3 for nine years. I order and give out bottles of your D3 to my staff and friend. Before starting D3 (5000 mg) I is was at my ENT's office twice a year, fall and spring, for up respiratory issues. Have not been back to my ENT since 2012.

I have no doubt that Vit D3, 5000u, has helped me. I'm convinced I stand more erect (but no taller!) due to its action on bone and joints and can't be sure but my mentation seems improved too. I take one every second day and am convinced one needs more than 1000u/ day. I won't travel without it
