I have used this product for years and it has allowed me to maintain my Vitamin D3 level in the range I want it. I use a pill cutter to split the caplet and I take half in the morning and half at night. That way I have a constant blood level of D3 in my system all day and this has worked exceptionally well for me. Vitamin D3 is critical for immunity.

I read that Advanced Bionutritionals plans to include "K2" in the Vitamin D3 supplement? (K2 shuttles calcium out of the arteries and transports it safely back in your bones, thus reducing calcified arteries.) I hope I read correctly since this would be an excellent addition to this Vitamin D3 supplement.
