This product was passionately passed on to me from a friend with 7 siblings with osteoporosis. They have been taking this product I believe for 15 yrs and swear by it. Went from bones fracturing easily, to healthy bones.

The only way to judge bone strength is with a Dexascan, which can only be done once every 2 yrs so I can only hope that this supplement is providing a benefit. I like the ingredients.

This product is so much better than taking calcium magnesium.

I started taking this supplement 2 months before having my last bone density scan. I don't have any results from previous scans. My results came back as 1/10th of a point into the Osteopenia section of the chart. I will continue taking this supplement and see what my next density test shows. Then I'll know for sure how much it's helping keep my bones in good shape. So far it seems to be helping. No reaction of any sort to the supplement (none expected, but you never know). 4 stars for now...and check back after the next scan...should be about Feb. 2023. I sure hope it seriously deserves 5.

Since I am 79 yrs of age, Have a fractured hip, it was vital that I start using a bone supplement. I believe they have helped my conditions and strengthened my bones.
