Ultimate Bone Support has been very helpful as it has decreased leg cramping. I have continued it for at least 2 years but must cut the tablets in half to be able to swallow them. I wish they were in capsule form.

When my Primary Care Physician told me that studies being done on Calcium supplements, it was recommended that women over 65 should not take a Calcium supplement. Because bone loss is prevalent in women my age, it was recommended that I start taking the Ultimate Bone Support.

I have been taking for several years. sometimes only once a day but try to take twice a day when I am home. Doctor said to have bone scan every two years since my mother had osteoporosis. May be delayed this year. Last scan a couple years ago said borderline but not osteo. So that's good. May be better now. I like it because all natural ingredients. Especially with strontium and boron.
