Good Supplement *

This seems to have all the necessary supplements included--more of the important ones than other "good for bone" supplements I've tried. My only concern is that since I can't swallow them, I break them up and then put them in water to dissolve. Even after 30 min. they still aren't dissolved so I'm wondering how much of them will be absorbed unless I chew them. They'd be more potent and better absorbed if they were in a capsule.
