Thru he years I have tried other products having to do with my bone deterioration and none have worked for me as there was always the side effects I could not tolerate. I have been talking this product for several years. I feel it has helped me and I have been satisfied with it. Due to a very strange accident January 10, where an automatic door started to close on me, hit me and pushed me onto the sidewalk outside. The fall caused a fracture in T12 vertabrae . It has been recommended that that I see a bone specialist.

I have been taking this for quite some time but I can't honestly say it has helped me or that it hasn't. Don't know what I'm suppose to feel like. Don't think I would know unless I have a bone density scan done. But I would recommend it to friends. Sorry.
