I take this in the early AM. I won't know the extent to which it has been working until I have my decades scan in august but will continue to take it as it has some very good ingredients in it. Take calcium at another time(s) of the day. Thanks, Pat Casebolt

I have been taking this supplement for several years. My bone density tests are staying stable so that they are about the same as ten years ago. I have been taking the Ultimate Bone Support for 3 weeks now. I don't seem to have as much bone pain as I have had in the past. I have also had fractures of the hip and wrist, and these areas seem to feel somewhat better. I would recommend this product to my friends.
