I have been taking Ultimate Bone Support for several years and I feel it has helped alleviate my aches and pain, especially in my back and feet. The ingredients are exactly what our bones need to rebuild the interior bone density, and not just the exterior strength of the bone. Very happy with this product!

Can't tell the difference. Waiting to have density test to evaluate it.

I have been taking bone support for at least 5 years. I believed I would see improvement in my T score but it was worse. From 2.8 to 3.1. I follow the directions on the bottle. Not sure if I’m doing something wrong.

I haven't used my 2 ordered bottle much because I can't stand the flavor when trying to swallow them. I am a vegetarian, and I feel like the pill tastes like a meat product. I have to resort to a different supplement.

I have been taking Ultimate Bone Support for years along with calcium supplement. But without medication for osteoporosis I would still have porous bones.

I cannot take this product, because it upsets my stomach. It might be good for somebody else, but not for me.

I've been taking it about a week and find it sometimes difficult to remember to take it on an empty stomach; so have been taking it before breakfast and sometimes before lunch or dinner I have forgot quite a few times. I do notice the supplement has a very unpleasant odor; and I shall continue to take it and intent do be more disciplined about taking it twice a day. When I get a bone density text, I hope it will show that my bone strength has improved. I already recommended it to a friend of mine, and she is taking it.

I can't take it on an empty stomach. Makes me very nauseous. Also same thing if I take it before bed. Try to take 1 pill on afternoon with tea.
